This Privacy Policy explains how MediReady, Inc. ("MediReady", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the mediready.ai marketing website. It covers this website only. Products deployed inside a clinic are governed by a separate agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through the 'Book an AI readiness audit' form. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on this site, and we do not build visitor profiles.

The form explicitly asks you not to include protected health information (PHI) or patient details, and we do not request them. Free-text messages are length-limited and are not written to our server logs.

We use what you submit to respond to your request, to prepare for and schedule a readiness audit, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information.
How information is shared
We share form submissions only with the service we use to receive and manage them (currently [FORM DESTINATION, e.g. CRM / webhook]) and with our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], which processes requests to serve the site. Those providers process the data under their own terms. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data retention

This website is for marketing and does not collect PHI. Product demonstrations on the site use synthetic data. Please do not submit patient information through this site; it is not a patient-support or clinical channel.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for clinic and business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
